We use that information to service your account and to personalize your experience at Petemcarthur.com. Here's the information we gather:

When you register at the site, we ask for certain basic information: name and e-mail address. If you decide to place a Request for Estimate, we then ask you for your shipping and billing addresses, phone number and payment information. (The payment information is optional, and may be given over the phone if you prefer) You can change any of this information at any time by going to the Update Account Info page.

You have the option to use certain services, such as the E-mail lightbox, which may require you to provide us with e-mail addresses for your friends or family. We only use this information to provide the requested service.

We also keep track of customer lightbox collections, traffic patterns and related site usage inside our website to help us shape our recommendations about images we offer, manage promotions and advertising, and improve our web page and site design.

Your account is password-protected. You cannot submit a Request for Estimate or view your personal information without your password.

The site will sign you out automatically if your session remains inactive for more than 20 minutes. If you share a computer, we recommend that you always sign out (by closing all browser windows, or clicking the Logout button on the homepage) before leaving it unattended.

What you should know about cookies:
